Questions & Answers
Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The base package is $275/night. This locks in your spot and protects us from last-minute cancellations.
No security deposit is required! Since we remove all of our equipment the same night (or next morning), there's no need for an additional security hold.
Cancel 7+ days before your event: Your payment can be applied toward a future booking. Cancel within 7 days: Payment is forfeited. If we have to cancel due to unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), you can reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions closely in the days and hours leading up to your event. If heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe conditions are forecasted, we will contact you to discuss options — you will never be forced to proceed with an event that puts you or your guests at risk. If we determine the weather is unsafe, you can reschedule your event to a new available date at no additional charge, or receive a full refund of any payments made. There are no penalties for weather-related rescheduling. We'll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
If unexpected weather rolls in during your screening, we'll safely power down and secure the equipment. You can choose to reschedule for another available date at no charge — your payment will carry over in full. We are unable to offer refunds for events that have already begun, but we will never charge you extra to find a new night. Safety always comes first.
Yes — a stable WiFi connection at your home is required to stream your chosen movie or content in the highest quality. Please make sure your WiFi reaches your backyard area. You'll also need your own streaming service account (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) — we cannot provide one due to licensing restrictions.
Yes — due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to provide streaming accounts. You will need to log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, or other streaming service account on our equipment. Please make sure you have your login credentials ready before your screening begins.
Delivery is free within 10 miles. For locations beyond 10 miles, there is a $2 per mile additional fee, calculated automatically when you book.
The base package includes 6 cozy chairs. If you need additional seating for more guests, extra chairs are available at $2 per chair.
We suggest a 2-hour window before your screening time for setup. We arrive before sunset to set up the screen, sound, and seating. We return the next day to retrieve all equipment, so you can enjoy your night without any rush.
We offer a popcorn machine with unlimited popcorn ($85) and a Deluxe Snack Bar as optional add-ons. The Deluxe Snack Bar includes unlimited popcorn, 6-8 candy varieties, bottled water, assorted sodas, a decorative concession display, and serving supplies. Pricing is tiered by party size: up to 10 guests $125, 11-20 guests $150, 21-30 guests $175, and 31+ guests requires a custom quote. Extra chairs are also available at $2 per chair.
